Flexible Pricing Packages
Todd Wilson Photography strives hard to give each unique customer exactly what they want without adding unnecessary products at unnecessary costs. In effort to achieve the greatest variety of package options, the idea of flexible pricing came to life. All TWP wedding packages can either be selected “as is” where you will get exactly what is listed for the price shown, OR you may use the flexible pricing option explained below to create your own personal package adding and subtracting services and products to build your own personalized package!
Flexible Pricing rules and guidelines are as follows:
1. Look at each element included in your selected package and its value on the chart below.
2. For both parties protection all flexible pricing options must be selected and clearly written on the TWP contract. Therefore all final selections must be made at least 30 days PRIOR to your wedding date.
3. You may add services & products or subtract services and products to any listed package above, however your minimum final cost may not be lower than the original package price.
Example #1:
You choose package #3 listed at $2100.
You elect NOT to receive your print credit of $250 so you may take $250 off the price making the package $1650. You now must choose other services or products to get back to the minimum package price (the original price of $1900) such as additional hours, a second photographer, or maybe even an album.
Example #2:
You choose package #4 listed at $2600
You really like this package but you wanted an engagement session and this is not included. You were also hoping for a total of 9 hours rather than 8. You decide to forgo the included $300 print credit now making the package price $2300, and INSTEAD add the engagement session ($200), and one extra hour ($150) making the total of your new package $2650 and you now get everything you wanted for about the same price!
